Welcome to the Mid West Simon's Allotment News blog.

Mid West Simon community was successful in its application for Limerick City Council’s ‘Ballynanty Allotment Project’, launched by Mayor Maria Byrne 24th May 2011.

We are running this allotment as part of our a community Projects. We hope to give you updates on how the allotment is developing, along with tips and advice from our gardening friends.

If you are interested in helping out, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for volunteers to commit some time on a regular basis to help develop and maintain this allotment in association with our Service Users.

If you do have some free time during the week and would like to put your gardening skills to work, please contact me for further details.
